Performance Foodservice in Springfield, MA is seeking a customer service associate to assist all customers with order entries and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses. You will act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and co-workers to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

The role involves inputting orders, credits, and invoicing data, assisting customers with orders and problems, and participating in on-site training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred.
• On-site training and ability to work Sundays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits and add bills.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems.
• Provide professional assistance when interacting with public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Attend training and customer service meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm - Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm - must be able to work holidays.
• Training is on site.
