Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries and provides quotes.
• Enter orders and process customer orders by multiple channels.
• Negotiate price within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per PO without approval.
• Source products from inventory or suppliers; manage shipping methods.
• Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite backorders and prepare orders for shipment.
• Handle returns; perform other duties as assigned.
