Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Maintain branch or region order email inbox
• Provide product knowledge
• Build sales, enters orders
• Ensure orders are filled for pickup or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required
• Look up inventory
• Quote customers
• Provide support to Branch Staff for either one or multiple locations
• Communicates with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction
• Provide support to customers and sales team in region or assigned to local branch
• May help back up warehouse associates by assignment when short staffed or during surges in orders
• Performs all other duties as assigned
