Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch or region order email inbox.
• Provide product knowledge.
• Builds sales, enters orders.
• Ensures orders are filled for pick up or delivery; payments received if required.
• Look up inventory.
• Quotes customers.
• Provide support to branch staff and sales team.
• Backup warehouse staff and delivery drivers when needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
