Job summary

Primary duties include processing inbound orders, troubleshooting discrepancies, updating the warehouse management system, coordinating with warehouse staff on orders, reviewing shipping and receiving reports for on-time deliveries, and delivering exceptional service to customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Billing experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inbounds and resolve discrepancies.
• Process customer orders and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on new/modified orders.
• Review shipping and receiving reports for timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to callers and carriers.
• Communicate with customers and team to meet requirements.
• Perform general office duties and file documentation.
• Attend training to upgrade knowledge.
