Job summary

TLD is seeking a Customer Care Representative for our Spare Parts America team in Windsor, CT. You will greet customers, locate parts, and educate on part function, while providing price and availability and securing sales.

Responsibilities include processing quotes via SPQ, coordinating orders in our ERP, and keeping customers informed through the fulfillment cycle. This is an in-person 8-hour shift role with a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and assist with locating parts, educate on part function, and provide price/availability.
• Process quotes via SPQ from emails, calls, and other sources.
• Process orders in ERP and coordinate shipments; keep customers updated on status.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers for spare parts as delegated by Spare Parts Hubs Manager.
• Communicate with customers promptly; promote products and build cooperation to grow sales.
• Assist purchasing and regional spare part planning with market insights.
