Job summary

Stone Interiors LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You will process orders, relay information to installers, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with office machines and learning Stone Profits & portals.
• Excellent telephone communication; organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; capable of handling irate customers.
• Occasionally work in yard in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer information into the operating system.
• Inspect drawings to verify quantities and contract changes.
• Monitor and verify orders to production.
• Inform management of schedules, inventory needs, deliveries and other information for efficient handling of orders.
• Provide installers with directions, instructions, and maps for delivery.
• Assure customer satisfaction after installation.
• File paperwork accurately and timely.
• Greet customers as they enter the premises.
• Assist other departments as needed.
