Job summary

Arizona Tile, a leading tile and slab distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process orders, support sales, and deliver outstanding service to customers. The role emphasizes accurate order entry, proactive communication, and teamwork across branches.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail sales, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification may be required, with overtime and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience in a professional environment with front-facing customer interaction.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide individualized service.
• Self-starter who proactively finds solutions and can multi-task across channels (in person, phone, etc).
• Forklift certification as needed per location.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders using the company’s order processing system, accurately and efficiently.
• Provide ongoing sales support to customers in person or by phone to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Process transfer or restock requests, including exceptions or credits, with managerial consultation.
• Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date on stock levels and communicate product availability to customers.
