Job summary

Architectural Surfaces seeks a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service and sales support. You will quote prices, check material availability, and schedule orders for deliveries while handling inquiries via phone or email.

You’ll back up cash transactions, balance end-of-day reports, and assist with showroom operations. The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite useful.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails; provide price quotes and material availability.
• Schedule orders for deliveries and coordinate with fabricators/installers and walk-in customers.
• Assist with cash/credit card transactions and end-of-day cash reports.
• Provide product information and educate customers about offerings; resolve complaints and ensure high service levels.
• Route requests to proper personnel and follow up to assess customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery times and related data.
• Support showroom consultants and assist GM with inventory maintenance.
