Job summary

C.A. Ferolie in Rhode Island is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a link between clients and customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently and supporting internal teams.

You will handle order processing through email, EDI, and phone, maintain item and pricing information, and assist with invoicing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with order processing and supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through email, EDI, and phone using our order processing system.
• Maintain item, pricing, and promotional data to ensure records are up to date.
• Review and adjust orders as needed and assist with invoice reconciliation.
