Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated in-office customer service representative/receptionist for Bristol, RI, with occasional work in Coventry, RI. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with a lunch break. A focus on professionalism and the customer experience is essential.

Candidate must have reliable transportation and be capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-paced environment. Training will be provided to develop strong computer skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet customers entering the office in a friendly, helpful manner.

• Answer incoming phone calls with urgency and courtesy.
• Verify contact details and update information in the client system.
• Process customer policy change requests and respond to inquiries timely.

Hourly compensation and bonus opportunity! We are looking to hire a motivated candidate for an in-office, full time customer service representative / receptionist position in a high paced environment with a focus on professionalism and the customer experience. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with an hour lunch break. The position will be mostly focused in Bristol, RI with working at least one day per week in our Coventry, RI location as well. Candidate must have reliable transportation, including being able to drive in snow.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provideexceptional customer service while solving clients' needs.
• Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information in our client management system.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.

• Proficiency in Word & Excel, scanning & uploading documents into Windows based programs.
