Job summary

Composites One LLC in Rhode Island is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, order entry, and non-technical issue resolution. You will coordinate with sales, procurement, and support teams to meet customer expectations and maintain pricing in the ERP system.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a willingness to learn internal software.

Qualifications

3+ years related experience in a non-retail customer service environment.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service.
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to learn internal database and software systems.
Travel: Up to 5%.

Responsibilities

Facilitate accurate order entry and fulfill orders on time.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence.
Provide non-technical problem resolution and assist with billing and order issues.
Coordinate with Sales and Procurement on back-orders and stock levels.
Set up new customers and items following internal processes.
Maintain customer pricing in the ERP system and provide basic quotes.
