Pet Food Experts in Rhode Island is seeking an Order Processing Representative to accurately process orders and delivery discrepancies while maintaining professional partner relations. The role emphasizes precise data entry and adherence to established processes in a fast-paced environment.

The onsite schedule is Monday-Wednesday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM with an hourly rate of $20.00. You will support catalog updates, recalls communications, and customer experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and delivery discrepancies quickly, efficiently and accurately.
• Keep account notes up to date related to order processing.
• Communicate item catalog updates to ensure accurate orders and optimal fill rates.
• Share recalled product information with retailers as needed.
• Maximize positive relationships through a world class customer experience.
• Data entry with attention to detail and problem solving in a dynamic environment.
• Show initiative and self-direction with a focus on results.
• Manage daily tasks to maximize productivity and time management.
• Remain current on product catalog descriptions, quantities, discontinuations, and substitutions.
• Collaborate with peers to leverage customer knowledge.
• Follow established processes to aid in decision making.
• Provide claims entry support as needed.
