Job summary

C.A. Ferolie, a family-owned business, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to bridge clients and customers and ensure accurate, efficient order processing.

You will respond to inquiries via email, phone, and EDI, maintain pricing and promotional data, and support invoice reconciliation while delivering a responsive experience to internal teams and external partners. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with annual salary range of $40,000–$44,000, reflecting your role in

Qualifications

• Experience with order processing is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with consumer products or wholesale industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through email, EDI, and phone using our order processing system.
• Maintain item, pricing, and promotional data to keep records up to date.
• Review and adjust orders and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Respond to order-related questions from clients, customers, and internal teams.
• Support day-to-day client and customer needs.
• Communicate updates, issues, or concerns to management promptly.
• Help provide a positive and responsive experience for our clients and customers.
