Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls at our Utah location. You will quote products, enter orders, and support customers across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 0–3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk in (counter sales).
• Influences gross profit by negotiating sale/purchase price within allowed parameters.
• May adjust non-contract pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels by ordering items as needed for customers.
• May place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per PO without approval.
• Sourcing products in branch, DC, or supplier inventory.
• Determines cost-effective shipping method for orders.
• Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedites backorders and prepares shipment; may handle returns.
