Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide superior service to customers, respond to inquiries about product availability, pricing, and delivery dates, and monitor order status from entry to shipment.

You will coordinate with sales, production, and billing teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate invoicing, and timely resolution of complaints, while maintaining organized customer files and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years' previous work experience in a customer service role handling orders and building relationships.
• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Associates degree or college business coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling and coordination with internal departments.
• Communicate account activity to Sales Representatives and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate requests for product specs, pricing, shipping, and estimates; support order changes.
