Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling.
• Consult with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoices.
• Coordinate requests for product specs, availability, shipping, quotes, samples.
• Act as a link between customer and design, sales, and production teams.
• Maintain organized customer files.
• Investigate and resolve complaints including billing issues.
• Manage inventory levels and reconcile to orders and forecasts.
• Provide direction/back-up to other customer service staff as needed.
