Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry professional to be the primary liaison for customers, manage orders in our ERP systems, and ensure accurate, timely communication. You will collaborate with scheduling and production teams to maintain schedules and resolve issues before they affect delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and own communications.
• Receive and accurately process orders in the ERP system.
• Review sales orders for accuracy and release to production.
• Maintain and update orders as needed; handle changes.
