Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related role.
• Strong phone presence and customer communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Gmail.
• Experience with OMS, ERP, CRM, or similar order management systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding products, orders, and services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions within the Order Management System (OMS).
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely sales order fulfillment.
• Schedule transportation with carriers for LTL and FTL shipments.
• Work directly with customers to support on-time shipment requirements.
• Escalate complex customer issues to management or the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Support warehouse and branch operations with inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with other branches and corporate headquarters regarding operational matters.
• Provide a professional, customer-focused experience both over the phone and in person.
