Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle order entry, admin support, and inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with engineering, production, planning, shipping, and sales to resolve issues and keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and experience in sales support or customer service within manufacturing, with Epicor and Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; business admin degree preferred.
• Experience in sales support or customer service in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with sales processes, order entry, and customer service in fast-paced environments.
• U.S. Person regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Epicor and Google Workspace; ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports.
• Track order status and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Shipping, and Sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
