Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in distribution/manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of SEIP product lines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• ERP and data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Enter orders into the ERP system and confirm promised dates.
• Provide SEIP price and availability as needed.
• Expedite orders and handle special projects as required.
• Maintain literature, literature inventory and contact information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
