Surplus Breakers & Motor Control, Inc. is looking for a few full-time on-site Sales Support Specialists

in the San Marcos, CA area to provide first class customer service along with office and operations support to help ensure daily objectives are met. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a winning team with a nationwide customer base within the electrical wholesale industry where you will learn and refine your skills in the multiple facets of day to day operations to handle incoming customer inquiries, interact with customers on an ongoing basis, provide product information, prepare quotes, generate sales and process orders accurately in a timely, professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards of professionalism with excellent written and verbal communications skills and a strong desire to improve internal operational processes to ensure efficient workflows and provide excellent customer service to provide customers with the best experience possible. A positive attitude is a must along with being comfortable collaborating closely with rest of team in the office and warehouse, working with channels partners, making & receiving calls and sending & receiving emails to enhance operational, logistics and supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Being receptive to feedback with a strong ability to take accountability, desire to answer all customer inquiries in a timely manner and continuosly improve customer satisfaction levels with initiative to prioritize daily tasks assigned by management will help ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
