Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or operations.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing quoting processes in Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze data with pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling.
• Background in sales support, analytics, or operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in managing sales data.
• Able to interpret financial data, track revenue, and support reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing with accuracy and clear communication.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation by coordinating pricing and delivery details.
• Provide responsive customer and account support as the primary contact for order questions and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer, opportunity, order, and sales data in Salesforce and other systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Support sales administration, including records, correspondence, and reporting; assist with special projects.
• Create Salesforce reports and dashboards; use Excel for revenue tracking and forecasting.
