Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and portals; provide clear, timely information on orders, pricing, and shipping.
• Enter, review, and process purchase orders with high accuracy; verify specs and pricing before submission to production.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including delays, returns, and quality concerns; document interactions and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, planning, and logistics to communicate customer requirements and support inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems (Acumatica) and generate basic reports on order trends.
