Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Ohio who will manage the full order flow from quote to manufacturing release. You will be the primary inside contact for buying customers across product lines, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Credit teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably with complex products in construction or manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills involving multiple variables.
• Demonstrated analytical and technical competencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM databases.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain specific account relationships, acting as the primary inside contact from quote through production.
• Serve as the resource for information and problem-solving, collaborating with operations and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Directly facilitate customer requests for quotes and scope of work deliverables for all products in your territory.
• Process orders, provide product submittals, drawings, down payment confirmations, and assist with problem resolution and receivables.
• Maintain project records, documentation, and data in the CRM system.
• Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and plant capabilities for products sold in your market.
