Aston Carter is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for dealer and customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and clear communication through production. This role collaborates with sales, production, purchasing, engineering and quality teams to support customer needs and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment at our Grove City, OH site.

• 3+ years in a Sales Coordinator or related role.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with order processing and purchase orders.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main contact for dealer and customer orders.
• Process orders and coordinate with sales for production readiness.
• Handle special requests, pricing inquiries, and custom orders.
• Assist with sourcing items and coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage order changes, inquiries, and operational issues.
• Communicate with production, engineering, quality, and purchasing teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Support and train dealer sales teams and junior coordinators on systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and customer records.
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.
