Job summary

Tek-Matic, part of Flow Control Group, is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to manage the daily flow of orders, quotes, purchasing, and invoicing. This role acts as the liaison between customers, vendors, sales, warehouse, and finance to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of recurring operational tasks with minimal supervision in a busy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, or related coordination roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Clear written and verbal communication in a professional, service-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quotes and routine pricing for industrial customers.
• Serve as main contact for customer service requests and day-to-day order questions.
• Enter customer orders accurately and support backlog and status updates.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and maintain account information and setup.
• Process RMAs, returns, and related follow-up with customers/vendors.
• Support pricing and terms administration with the broader team.
• Manage routine purchasing activity and issue vendor purchase orders.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation; assist receiving and invoicing workflows.
• Provide warehouse support to resolve order or fulfillment issues.
• Maintain routine compliance documents and administrative records.
