Job summary

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Two years’ previous work experience in a customer service role handling orders on an order entry system.
• Experience maintaining strong positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Associates degree or college business coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate account activity to Sales Representatives.
• Coordinate requests for product specifications, availability, shipping, quotations and estimates.
• Serve as a link between customer and design, sales and production teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain organized customer files.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues.
