Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track assigned orders from entry to scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives about pertinent activity on accounts/orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and billing issues; escalate when needed.
