SemiTorr Group, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage order and service-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate information to customers across phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

This role provides operational support at multiple locations to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CSI, Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in CSI, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Mansioni

• Process and route customer orders across departments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Generate inspection reports and collect data packages.
• Review and approve order packets for 100% accuracy.
• Support repair department technicians as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Report and resolve customer service issues.
• Track cases in the company case management system.
• Provide status updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle MaxRecall scans and filing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
