You will respond to inquiries by phone, mail, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information while coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with common software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in common business software (e.g., CSI, Microsoft Office, Adobe).
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and demeanor.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and route customer orders to appropriate departments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Generate inspection reports and collect data packages from suppliers.
• Review and approve complete order packets with 100% accuracy.
• Support repair technicians as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Track cases in the case management system.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and documents with status updates.
• Handle MaxRecall scans and filing.
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.
