Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person (walk-in/counter sales).
• Use the computer system to provide price and availability information.
• Process orders and provide related customer support.
• Light warehouse duties (picking, packing, shipping & receiving).
• Handle special order processing.
