Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to act as a central link between customers, field teams, and internal operations in Kern County, CA. This onsite, full-time position values organization, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, and administrative support across Service and Installation, as well as purchasing and inventory coordination to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, service coordination, or operations.
• Experience working in a service-based or field-service environment is a plus.
• Comfortable managing scheduling, documentation, data entry, and customer communication.
• Proficiency with standard office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and responsive support to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate service activities, scheduling, and day-to-day operational needs.
• Maintain accurate service, job, and customer documentation.
• Provide administrative support across Service and Installation operations.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory, and general operational coordination.
• Help ensure customer requests and internal processes are handled efficiently from start to finish.
