The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, service coordination, scheduling or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple active jobs and priorities at once.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable learning basic technical terminology and communicating it to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer calls and gather information about service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate field technicians.
• Create and manage work orders from initial request through completion.
• Order and track parts and materials needed for upcoming work.
• Communicate scheduling, job status and technician recommendations to customers.
• Follow up with technicians and customers as work progresses.
• Update job information and maintain accurate service records.
• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Help troubleshoot scheduling changes and keep everyone informed.
