• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills, data entry, and basic spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting dispatch, field service, or operations teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and service requests.
• Coordinate customer communication regarding appointments, service updates, schedule changes, and technician arrivals.
• Support Dispatch by gathering, documenting, and updating service information.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information in company systems.
• Assist with follow-ups, problem escalation, and ensuring service requests are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.
