Qualifications

• Intermediary clerical duties to support Service Center operations.

• Prepare delivery appointments, assist drivers with issues, and enter loads into the system.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and contact customers regarding shipment status and issues.
• Schedule delivery appointments and assist with dispatch support.
• Support payroll and HR tasks, including screening resumes and coordinating hires.
• Assist Service Center managers with recruiting and training coordination.
• Enter closed, dispatched, and arrived loads into the computer.
