Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Manager to direct daily operations across Customer Service, Warehouse, Shop and VMI Fulfillment teams in Louisiana. You will drive productivity, quality, and timely delivery while enforcing company policies and coaching staff to meet goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, performance feedback, issue resolution, and collaboration with Sales and Operations to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum three years related experience.
• Experience leading Customer Service and related teams.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of Customer Service, Warehouse, Shop and VMI Fulfillment teams.
• Improve productivity, quality and delivery efficiency; ensure policy compliance.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and development plans.
• Manage scheduling, workload, and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Track key metrics and report performance to leadership.
