Job summary

CTP Skill Center is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service and Operations role in American Canyon, CA. You will take incoming calls, help customers track shipments and resolve delivery issues, and coordinate FedEx in-transit requests.

You will follow up on requests, keep records organized with filing, scanning, and data entry, and support weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Prior customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but there is no minimum requirement.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to keep records.
• Strong data entry and filing skills.

Full-time, in-person customer service and operations role at a shipping/logistics operation in American Canyon, hired through Select Staffing.

Take incoming calls, help customers track shipments and resolve delivery issues, coordinate FedEx in-transit requests, follow up on requests, and keep records organized with filing, scanning, and data entry. Weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $21 per hour.

A good fit for someone organized and customer-focused; some customer service experience is preferred but there is no minimum requirement.
