S&G Carpet and More in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the Sacramento region. You will visit job sites to troubleshoot day-of-installation problems and help ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer.

This salaried (exempt) position offers a base salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, with bonus potential. Strong communication, organization, and servant leadership are essential to lead an energetic team.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of responding in a timely manner and preserving confidentiality.
• Knowledge of floor covering products or installation a plus.
