Job summary

S&G Carpet and More is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant in the Greater Sacramento region. You will meet clients in their homes, assess projects, propose solutions, and close on-site when possible. Some leads provided; independence to source leads after training.

Service-industry experience encouraged; valid driver’s license required. Ranked with a generous compensation package including base pay and commissions, full benefits, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in service industry encouraged.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent Company while selling floor coverings to new customers.
• Assist customers with their floor covering projects by analyzing and evaluating their needs, wants, and budget.
• Ensure monthly sales quota is met.
• Responsible for a minimum number of appointments per week.
• Update all sales activity and contact information using specialized software.
• Provide a high level of customer service by following through to completion with all customers.
