Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be at the heart of our finance-focused team. This full-time role emphasizes building relationships, promoting suitable financial solutions, and delivering outstanding service to customers.

You will handle payments, support loan production, and maintain cash controls while performing general office duties. A strong customer-service mindset, dependability, and a valid driver's license are essential, with opportunities for advancement

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and related accounting tasks, including deposits.
• Handle office admin tasks such as mail, filing, and supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
