Job summary

WECO Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to handle order processing, inventory management, and related customer service duties at our California location. The role may involve warehouse tasks, forklift operation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations to ensure inventory meets customer needs.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and AgVend software
• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
• Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
• Conduct daily/monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
• Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
• Prepare reports with minimal supervision
• Act as informal team lead
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed
