Job summary

WECO Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC seeks a Dispatcher III to coordinate shipments between branches and distribution centers, assist in order processing, and manage inventory. You will work with trucking partners, process orders, and maintain records to support on-time delivery.

The role requires strong mathematics, solid computer skills, and customer service orientation, with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze and interpret written procedures and reports in English.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, vendors, etc.
• Apply fractions, percentages, and ratios to dispatch tasks.
• Sit at a desk or computer to input data.

Responsibilities

• Take calls, process orders, and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery.
• Coordinate transfers of products between branches and the main site.
• Contact trucking companies to coordinate shipments and instruct drivers on loads.
• Operate truck scale and complete weight tags, bills of lading, and hazardous materials shipping papers.
• Answer inquiries about product orders and communicate instructions clearly.
