Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis, a 100-year-old family-owned leader in agriculture, is seeking a Customer Service Representative III in California. You will handle order entry, product selection, and inventory management while supporting warehouse activities and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely responses to customer inquiries, and collaboration with Sales and Operations to maintain stock levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system is preferred.
• The ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Mobility to move safely across various terrains indoors and outdoors.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using ERP systems.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Submit and code bills and invoices for payment.
• Maintain inventory levels with Sales and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Conduct daily/monthly inventory counts and annual inventory.
• Support pricing inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare reports with minimal supervision and lead small teams.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
