Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to cover order processing, product selection, and inventory management across our operations. The role may involve warehouse tasks, stocking, and delivering items while maintaining a safe workspace.

You will use JD Edwards ERP, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate pricing and timely fulfillment. A strong emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training provided).
• Ability to apply basic math concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios).
• Mobility to move safely across indoor/outdoor terrain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing using ERP software.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Maintain inventory levels with Sales/Operations to meet demand.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Support pricing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.
• Prepare reports under manager supervision.
• Assist team with administrative tasks.
