Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Customer Service Representative II for our Edmore, Michigan location. This onsite role handles order entry, inquiries, inventory support, and cross-functional teamwork with Sales and Operations.

Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills are required, with focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will participate in inventory counts, pricing support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth order processing and reliable service for our agricultural

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (training provided).
• Ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards ERP.
• Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory counts.
• Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and resolve inquiries or concerns.
• Prepare reports under manager’s supervision.
• Aid team members in administrative tasks.
