Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team at the front of the store.
• Lead by example, engage with customers, and support loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure proper POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate priorities to staff.
