Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and ensures prompt, courteous customer service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and drives a positive customer experience.
• Trains and coaches staff on front-end standards and procedures.
• Assigns registers, manages POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and ensures adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Communicates priorities effectively to management and Associates.
