The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to drive an excellent customer experience at TJ Maxx in Lynchburg.

You will supervise Associates, promote loyalty programs, and uphold store standards while training staff and coordinating store operations. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, a multitasking mindset, and excellent communication skills to guide the team and respond to dynamic customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team at front of store.
• Oversee scheduling and POS coverage, coordinating breaks for Associates.
• Provide coaching and feedback, train others, and promote loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
