• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Ensure proper SKU creation and pricing impact decisions with management.
